Casa Margarita property consists of a ground floor apartment for 8 persons, an upper floor apartment for 6 persons in the main building and a detached small villa for 4 persons.
Balconies and all around spacious veranda with sea, mainland and garden splendid view, playground and private parking area.
This wonderfully located residence is especially indicated for peaceful family summer vacation.
The front sea garden offers direct approach to the sandy beach. Leisure lovers will appreciate staying here. The relaxing combination of sea breeze under the rich shadow of pine trees, while children can safety enjoy the swallow friendly water. Playground is also available in the back ground of the house.

Dear future guests, please respect the house, the garden and your hostesses. Marina, her sister and the cleaning lady are incredibly hostile and friendly. The house is big and very nice organized, of course, everything is very clean. You can expect to find everything as shown on the photos. The garden is huge, surrounding the house and with fence all around it, so no worries if you have a dog. What we loved the most is the view you have from the verranda. When leaving the garden's gate, you are immediatly on the beach. We lived like royality for more than two weeks and we would be very very happy to be able to come back one day. The villa is the perfect distance to avoid the noise of the town at night!
So it's the year of Covid, thank goodness there are still decent and honest people like Marina out there! .... was accomodating to all of them, even though she probably would have been better off financially with a cancellation. Her communications were perfect and so helpful and she was waiting for me at 10:30pm with a bottle of wine and other essentials and a warm welcome! The villa is gorgeous and the location is amazing...walk out of the garden gate straight onto the beach (the quiet end!) with gorgeous blue water and natural shade for when it gets too hot. The villa is immaculate and the kitchen is perfect for self catering and only 5-10 minutes walk to the hussle and bussle of Kavos main strip if you (or the kids) want to go there. The villa is the perfect distance to avoid the noise of the town at night! The gardens surrounding the villa are immaculately kept and provide lots of shade if you want it. All in all a very pleasant holiday and one of the few places that I'm definately planning to go back to! Thanks Marina
